Dr. Shoham-Hazon is a Glaucoma and Advanced Anterior Segment surgeon based in Miramichi, New Brunswick. He is the recipient of many prestigious awards and is an assistant and clinical assistant professor at Dalhousie and Memorial Universities, respectively. 

He will be speaking on rural ophthalmology, its impact on his community, and how best to serve rural communities as an ophthalmologist.
