Nous reconnaissons l’importance de promouvoir une communauté d’ophtalmologistes plus inclusive et diversifiée, et nous nous engageons à fournir des ressources utiles pour aider nos membres dans ce parcours, y compris un glossaire des termes d’EDI, des ressources en ligne et des documents infographiques.
En adoptant les principes d’EDI, nous pouvons créer un milieu plus équitable et accueillant tant pour les patients que pour les professionnels.
